    Remaining focused is a big item. I am receiving over 200 e-mails a day. I will have to slim them down to be more effective.

    Hi Norm, It's not necessarily about how many emails you get a day but more how you handle them. I delete and purge twice a day. Once when I start my session online and once when I finish. I handle and question from my downline, or email new sign-ups right away the rest can wait. I do the same thing at the end of the session.

    Let me know how you do with managing those emails. It is one of the biggest distractions on line.
